Which sports does it support?

Swim, bike, run, brick and strength, plus built-in recovery. Whether you're training for a 5K, a marathon, or a full IRONMAN, one adaptive plan covers every discipline.

How is this different from a static training plan?

A PDF plan can't react when life happens. Endurance reads your sleep, HRV and training load each day, scores your readiness, and realigns the plan when you miss a session or need to back off, without throwing away your periodization.

What devices and apps does it connect to?

It pulls health data from Apple Health, mirrors workouts to Apple Watch with live timing, and syncs two-way with Strava, so activities from your Garmin or other watch flow in automatically.

Do I need a coach or any coaching knowledge?

No. The app does the coaching thinking for you and tells you exactly what to do today, why, and how hard. The 80/20 sports-science method is built into every plan automatically.

How much does it cost?

Pricing, and any free trial or introductory offer, is shown in the app and on the App Store before you subscribe, and it may vary. You can view current pricing and manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.
